Achterhoek Food processes and collects your personal data as you have either used our services or provided your personal details yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Address details
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Internet browser and make/model of the apparatus you use
- Additional information required for the specific services you wish to use. This information will only be used by us for the above mentioned purposes.
Special and/or sensitive data we process.
Our website and/or service does not set out to collect data from website users that are aged 16 years or under unless they have parental/ guardian permission. We cannot check to see if the website users are 16 years or older so therefore we advise parents to be involved in their minors online activity in order to prevent data from minors being collected and/or used. If you suspect we have collected personal data from a minor without consent then please mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will delete the collected data.

Achterhoek Food processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- To analyse your activity on our website
- To tailor any range of services / products to your specific needs.

Achterhoek Food does not make its decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for its organisation. These are automated decisions made by A.I. and not our Achterhoek Food employees.
How Long Do We Keep Your Data
Achterhoek Food doesn’t keep your data longer than necessary to reach our goals. Your information may be collected to aid us in reaching our targets/goals within our organisation. Your personal data isn’t kept longer than 12 months if there hasn’t been a formal agreement made.
Sharing Your Personal Data With A Third Party
Achterhoek Food doesn’t sell/share personal data collected from our users unless it is necessary and is part of our formal agreement or to comply with legal obligations. We therefore conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same security and confidentiality of your data. Achterhoek Food remains responsible for these processing operations.

Achterhoek Food uses analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit the website.

View, Modify Or Delete Data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Achterhoek Food and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to email@example.com. To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. Achterhoek Food would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. How We Secure Personal Data
Achterhoek Food takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.
Achterhoek Food uses, among other things, a secure connection by means of an SSL Certificate, which means that data is sent encrypted.
